First Day of MDO 2012

catching up on my blog!

 

Emery Kate & Molly are going to Northwest Bible Church MDO on Tuesdays & Thursdays. EK went on Thursdays last year and we were really happy with it so they are both going this year. Usually Molly stays home with B on Tuesdays and just goes on Thursdays. She seems to like it too!

This was EK's first day last year.  

Thankful for a place where they have structured time, are learning about Jesus, they enjoy themselves and mommy can get some errands & appts done!



Camp ozark

We got to return to camp ozark over labor day weekend for the wedding of the owners daughter angela (an old family friend and one of my counselors at one point). The whole weekend was amazing! Being at camp was so fun but the wedding itself was soooo nice! You would never have known you were at a camp! The wedding was incredibly nice! They even has babysitters for us! I left my camera so all these pics are from my phone!

EK picked a top bunk right away but never actually slept on it!


Wacky world was our favorite spot!


These motor powered little boats were a big hit too for the kids and adults!

(I'm also sad I didn't get any pics with Rachel! She was there as the date of an old counselor at camp!! Absolutely loved seeing her!!!!)

a few pics of the girls at the reunion

I didn't have my camera out much but I took a few pictures of the girls while we were at the conlee reunion. I got a few really sweet ones.

Also, for those who don't know...we are expecting #3 now! We are so thankful and very excited!

sea world

We had a family reunion for blake's family near kerrville last weekend so we decided to make a two night stop in san antonio on the way. We stayed at the westin la cantera which is such a nice place and very kid friendly. We had so much fun swimming with the girls and we took them to sea world for their first time. It was a hit!

they had a very clever sea lion show that we watched

it was HOT

the sea lion show even had a huge walrus in it that did sit ups...craziness! Those things really are HUGE ( you really don't feel good about yourself if you say you feel like a walrus) !!!!

of course we watched Shamu (didn't get great pics of this)

byt the time we ate lunch and saw the penguins this girl was TIRED so we headed home! Hope to go back someday though! There was so much that we didn't even see!

Lastly, a couple pics from the pool. EK was not interested in giving me a good smile this trip so this is all I got. I do love them in their little bathers though!
