Easter 2014

We had a fun Pre-Easter celebration at the funny farm with our cousins. They decorated eggs and had an easter egg hunt!

 cousins!

they finished the egg hunt just in time for the rain to come!

 I LOVE THIS!
 Easter Sunday
I had my wisdom teeth removed on Good Friday so I wasn't able to make it to church but everyone else went!

Mimi and Coach came in town!

Burson is ONE

Words can't express how much I have LOVED this year with my son.

letting them play "baby" with him
he LOVEs the guitar and will crawl to the room when he hears Blake start playing.
I love this picture so much.
dapper fella

Burson loves his mimi and my mom thinks he is about the cutest thing ever.
Which of course I think too :)

He learned to crawl when he was 10 months old.

Burson likes Hank a lot. A boy and his dog is pretty cute.
We did an early birthday cupcake at the rainforest cafe with bebe and pawpaw at the rodeo.

He got his veggie pack instead of the cupcake :)

He got his chair for his birthday!
As tradition I took him with me to einstein's on his birthday for a breakfast date!
We had a family party at home which was so nice. Everyone loved on him so well and he had such a special party! So thankful for our family!

He was serious about eating that cupcake! every bite!

at his ONE year check up! Healthy boy!! Praise God!

still always crossing those feet!

This year has been such a sweet one for me. I have loved opening my heart to a son and I love having him in our family. God has shown me to really grasp the little moments b/c I have noticed how fast they are fleeting with Emery Kate almost 5. Burson has a smile and laugh that will melt you. He will sit contently in his crib for the longest time but won't sit a minute in his highchair without food! He is feisty about what he really wants! He loves his sisters. They watch him, entertain him and I am sure annoy him at times! He loves balls, hank, lights, the girls and food. He is a JOY and can't wait to see what the next year holds. I love you, Burson.
